Got all the gadgets out today! Using Looftlighter to light the Long Burn Charcoal from The Green Olive Firewood Company. Then cooking the Pork Loin on the new Kamado Joe Joetisserie. The smokey goodness is provided by Smokewood Shack using Apple wood chunks. The Pork is rubbed in the Grillstock House Rub from their cookbook.
